Fiscal Support

The policy provides incentive @40% of the CAPEX assistance approved by the Government of India under national schemes for Semiconductors and Display Fab Ecosystem.

One-time reimbursement of @100% of Stamp Duty and Registration Fee. The projects will be provided access to good quality Water at the rate of Rs.12 per cubic meter for a period of 5 years and for the subsequent 5 years it shall be increased at the rate of 10 percent on a year-on-year basis.

@50% Capital Subsidy for building a Desalination Plant within the initial 5 years.

Power tariff subsidy of Rs.2 per unit for a period of 10 years.

Exemption from paying Electricity Duty as per provisions laid down under Gujarat Electricity Duty Act, 1958.

Non-Fiscal Support

Enhancing Ease of Doint Business

Projects will be facilitated for statuary compliances for various Government Acts.

Single Window Clearance

Projects will be facilitated for all statutory clearance in an expedited, proactive and transparent manner.

Facilitation in land procurement

Companies will be facilitated in identification and procurement of suitable developed land which is free from any encumbrance and is well connected to the logistics & transport hub.

Right of Way (RoW), Change of Land Use (CLU) permissions.

Government shall strive to reduce the various hurdles in procurement of the allotted land such as issues related to Right of Way (RoW), Change of Land Use (CLU) permissions etc.

Dholera Semicon City

Dholera semicon city will be developed within Dholera Special Investment Region.

The Projects being set up in Dholera Special Investment Region wil be provided @75% subsidy on the first 200 Acres of land required for a FAB project.

Additional land required for the FAB project or upstream / down stream ecosystem or for other projects approved under GoI policies for Semiconductors and Display Fab Ecosystem, land shall be available @50% subsidy.

Projects will be facilitated with doorstep delivery of

                Good quality and uninterrupted supply of water.

                Redundant and reliable Power supply through smart grid connectivity.

Projects will be facilitated with easy access to

                Common Effluent Treatment Plants (CETPs).

                Treatment, Storage and Disposal Facilities (TSDFs).
