The state of Gujarat has total 19 airports, with 2 international airports at Ahmedabad and Vadodara and a upcoming Dholera International airport.
The other Airports are Surat, Jamnagar, Rajkot, Bhavnagar, Porbandar, Bhuj, Keshod, Kandla and Deesa which are domestic airports.

Strategically located with 1600 kms coastline the longest among the maritime states of India, Gujarat is the nearest maritime outlet to Middle East, Africa and Europe with highest number of commercial cargo ports. Covering 16 coastal districts with 48 ports. Major Ports are Mundra port, Hazira port, Kandla port, Dahej port, Pipavav port, Bhavnagar port.
The state has a large external trade potential, given its vast coastline. There is an increase in connectivity to non-major ports due to development of the Delhi-Mumbai Dedicated Freight Corridor. More than 4,800 ships and 1,000 sailing vessels visit the ports of Gujarat every year.
The Gujarat State has one of the most extensive and traffic intensive road network in the country. The total road length in Gujarat currently stands at about 74500 km. This can broadly be divided into a core and a non-core network. The core network comprises of the National Highways and around 6000 km of State Highways, while the balance constitutes the Non-core State Highways, Major District Roads, Other District Roads and Village Roads.
23 out of 33 districts are within influence area and 1/3rd of total investment is estimated to come in Gujarat. Dholera is strategically located and is the largest node on Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor.
Gujarat’s total length of railway lines stood at 5,258.49 route kms, consisting of 3,506.55 kms of Broad Gauge (BG), 1,193.04 kms of Meter Gauge (MG), and 558.90 kms of Narrow Gauge (NG) lines.
Ahmedabad, Anand, Bhavnagar, Bhuj, Godhra, Porbandar, Rajkot, Vadodara (Baroda) and Valsad are some of the important railway stations in the state.
